Senior Manager, Site Acquisition
Responsibilities:
• Supervises the acquisition of BTS and Transmission sites. • Manages the lease agreement and renewal process. • Manages relationships with landlords/property owners, vendors, and manufacturers.
Requirements:
• University degree or HND (Distinction or Upper credit) in • A higher degree would be an added advantage • Minimum of 12 years post NYSC experience, 6 of which must be in the telecom industry • Relevant trainings/courses
Senior Manager, VAS Planning
Responsibilities:
• Provides overall management for • Network dimensioning, • Core services and signaling protocols, • Core network planning and optimization • Manages external interfaces to Core network
Requirements:
• University degree or HND(Distinction or Upper Credit) in Engineering (civil, electrical or related fields) • A higher degree would be an added advantage • Minimum of 12 years post NYSC experience, 6 of which must be in the telecom industry • Possess Certificates in Process Management and Business administration for telecom equipment • Possess expert knowledge of network roll-out (local and international) • Ability to manage planning with QOS measurements • Experience in planning calculations for at least 2 international vendors • Familiar with international standards for GSM, GPRS, IMS and VAS.
Manager, Network & Infrastructure Support
Responsibilities:
• Installs, configures and maintains Enterprise Routers and Switches. • Manages efficient Network and Internet connectivity - Local Area Network & Wide Area Network
Requirements:
• University degree or HND(Distinction or Upper Credit) in Computer Science, IT Systems • Certificate in Project Management, Business Architecture, and or Systems Development methodologies • Minimum Proficiency in CISCO, CCNP • CCIE certification is an added advantage • Minimum of 7 years post NYSC experience, 5 of which must be in a GSM environment.
Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs
Responsibilities:
• Devises regulatory and compliance strategy in line with overall group/business strategy. • Establishes and maintains relationships with external partners, regulators and opinion formers. • Monitors industry for anti-competitive behavior. • Provides advice and leadership on all key regulatory matters. • Assumes primary responsibility for managing regulatory relations with relevant bodies (including NCC).
Requirements:
• Good first degree in any discipline from a reputable University. • Postgraduate degree will be an advantage. • Strong project management skills. • Excellent technical regulatory skills. • Strong negotiation sand communication skills. • Proven track record of competency in regulatory matters and leading consultations. • Post NYSC work experience of 8 – 12years, at lest 5 - of which must be in a relevant telecoms specific environment.
Senior Manager, Core Planning

Senior Manager, Network Roll-Out
Responsibilities:
• Provides leadership for the development/commissioning of BTS Sites • Develops financial and legal modalities for evaluating and verifying sites. • Site searches co-ordination for pricing • Site Leases Management before RFS (agree site lease management before RFS) • Site Leases Negotiation • Lease rate/budget control/management • Manages lease framework with 3rd Party vendors • Acquisition of necessary permits for site acquisition and set up an audit function to enforce all controls in roll out activities • Manages relationships with landlords or clients.

Senior Manager, Civil Design
Responsibilities:
• Inspects and approve civil models and designs • Sets technical guidelines and specifications for site build projects • Designs inspection hold points and arranges for executions • Review reports and submissions from consultants, vendors, manufacturers and contractors on project performance parameters and provide advice to ensure appropriate support to enhance project quality and efficiency. • Gives type approvals for civil material, such as towers. • Performs civil acceptance for completed sites.

Senior Manager, Quality & Support
Responsibilities:
• Drives and Monitor network service performance in terms of design, operation and service delivery i.e. Core and Access network layers, signaling, Core-NSS, VAS, Radio- BSS, Transmission IP • Defines and establishes polices and plans for disaster recovery. • Identifies and resolve network problems • Interfaces with NCC/Regulatory agencies on QOS issues. • Ensures compliance with relevant regulatory obligations and legislation. • Manages SLAs with service providers i.e. vendors, suppliers, and contractors.

• University degree or HND(Distinction or Upper Credit) in any Engineering (civil, electrical or related fields) • A higher degree would be an added advantage. • Minimum of 12 years post NYSC experience, 6 of which must be in the telecom industry • Relevant GSM training courses • Certificate in Process Management.
